For our first entry, we thought we’d take a moment to tell you a little more about our shop and the services we offer. Some of this information can be found in other parts of our website, but a quick consolidation is in order.
What Do We Service?
Our background includes servicing all makes and models, but today we focus primarily on high-end European vehicles. This includes Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Mini, Porsche, Volvo, and Volkswagen. In addition, we also provide service for the following Japanese makes – Acura, Honda, Lexus, and Toyota. If you own a different make not listed here, don’t fret! Give us a call and talk to our service advisors. Odds are we’ll be able to provide the same level of service to your vehicle as we do the brands listed above.
What Kind of Repairs Do We Perform?
We do it all! Everything from routine maintenance like oil changes, tune-ups, fluid flushes, and check engine light diagnosis, to major repairs like engine rebuilding, timing chain replacement, transmission repair, etc. Our dealer-trained and ASE Certified technicians have a combined experience of over 50 years. Our shop is equipped with the latest tools and technology to troubleshoot even the most complex mechanical or electrical components found on today’s cars. It’s safe to say we’re ready to handle anything you bring to us.
Do We Offer a Warranty?
Yes, we do. We’re confident in our workmanship and offer a competitive 2-year, or 24,000-mile warranty. If you happen to have a problem after we repair your vehicle, bring it back to us and we’ll make it right. Customer satisfaction is our first priority.
What if I Have to Wait for Repairs?
If you have to wait for your repair, you can relax in our clean and comfortable waiting room. We’ve provide free Wifi, fresh coffee and snacks, a large TV, and even an X-Box. If your car needs major repair, we also have loaner cars available. We do our best to make your experience hassle free.

Last but not least, if you’re in the area and can’t call ahead, stop by our shop at 4003 Westfax Drive in Chantilly. We’ll do our best to make same-day accommodations for emergency repairs.
