What’s Involved

Mercedes-Benz recommends B Service for vehicles that have reached approximately 20,000 miles or 2 years and have already completed an A Service.

  • Synthetic Motor Oil Replacement: Oil changes will be performed for both A and B Service because this service is essential to prime maintenance. This is also an opportunity for our technicians to get a closer look at the engine to identify any developing issues.
  • Oil Filter Replacement: Your oil filters will be filling up more at this age of your vehicle, so making sure they are clear, and functioning, will prevent imperfections from getting into your engine.
  • Cabin Dust/Combination Filter Replacement: This service benefits passengers and engines alike. Cleaner air means a cleaner vehicle and engine. It's that simple.
  • Brake Fluid Exchange: Brake fluid loses its effectiveness over time. Changing the brake fluid will increase the responsiveness in your brakes.
  • Check & Correct All Fluid Levels: This process is dependent upon factory-recommended service intervals for your Mercedez-Benz year, make, model and vehicle condition.
  • Tire Inflation Check & Correction: Both A and B Service include a tire check because it is just that important. Every day on the road you face the possibility of a puncture or a full blow-out, so making sure your tires are in good condition will give you a better chance to stop safely if and when that happens.
  • Brake Component Inspection: Our technicians are trained to identify safe versus dangerous amounts of brake wear. We know what effective brakes look like, and we know what it looks like when your brakes have no stopping power left.
  • Reset Maintenance Counter: At the end of this service, we will discuss our findings with you, offer suggestions for further repairs or driving considerations, and determine the next expected service date.
